TAKE CHARGE

I asked some of my friends a question, "how do you like to spend your day?"
The common inference was 'enjoying, chilling and using time productively'. Must be relatable ?!
To help you make this possible, I will be sharing some ideas/options that you can opt and implement in your daily lives!
First things first, "DOING THINGS" and then "doing RIGHT things".
Many people face this problem "start karne ki deri hai bas". I can relate to the feeling when we are very lazy to start a task, say studying. But trust me, once you start, you feel good and you will keep on going. Keeping your jobs/tasks pending for extending them keeps on building stress and pressure on you.
So, TAKE CHARGE!
Many studies have proved that your mood, your approach and point of view towards various things majorly affects how you spend your day!
Waking up with a positive attitude and zest and gusto, planning ur day the night before is the most basic and very essential thing u can start off with!
Suggestions for improvement-
1. Do things that make you feel productive or right/happy. Eg- yoga/workout, reading books, even Netflixing and chill, or any such sort of activities.
2. Plan your day by deciding on your PRIORITIES first and then arranging your work/activities based on that.
3. Stop *comparing*- the worst thing you can do as an individual is comparing yourself with others. "You're busy doubting yourself while so many people are intimidated by your potentials" (Re-read it. Thank me later)
4. Waking up using your phone and exchanging streaks or Instagram, whatever. Really??? That's how you want to start your day (basically being a slave of technology)? Orrrr, some healthy eating or exercise or even talking to your loved ones or praying to God.
It's time to quell some of our abominable unproductive habits.

After a time when you are used to do good things in life and your lifestyle's been improved, looking back, you will realize it was just a walkover.

Hope you enjoyed reading the blog and I was able to bring about some positive changes.
