FITNESS IS A WAY OF LIFE Part-1

Relatable? Many of you must have seen this picture, right?

Hey there! Hope you are doing well!
Today's blog is all about health, gym and fitness.
Made a new year resolution to join the gym and get fit, but all you did was quit?
WHY? The only possible valid reason is you lost motivation.
I have come across a lot of people having very distinct opinions about fitness! Some believe that it's all about mind, for some it's physical fitness or for some, it's healthy eating. I am of the opinion that it's a mixture of all.
Let me explain!
Hitting the gym alone isn't the end of the road to fitness. Some people think that if they hit the gym, its enough to get fit and diet doesn't matter. While some say it's all about what you eat. 
I am of the opinion that an intense workout should be supported by nutritious meals. Until and unless both are combined together, we are only halfway towards fitness.
My personal experience is backing this opinion of mine. Effects of being on and off diets were clearly visible on my body.
Getting fit, going to the gym, working out is a game. When you decide to get fit, you only get in the game. Now you have to play the game.
Working out consistently with the right mindset, improving self-control and being an optimist constitutes mental health.
Instead of "will hit the gym and workout for the next two months, reduce some weight and then I am done with gym and stuff", the mindset should be "fitness is a part of my routine".
Fitness is basically an investment with high rate of returns on investment.
"Mutual funds are subject to market risks." Don't you worry my friend, fitness is something with zero or negligible risks. 
The more you invest, the better you get.
